Great job on my entry door replacement. The team’s confidence and craftsmanship were excellent (hope all of their teams provide the same high level of service). After my previous experiences with other contractors following the hurricane Helene, I was under the impression that there were no reliable professionals left. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others.

Sarasota Glass and Mirror provided excellent service. They came to my home on short notice and quickly picked up a large piece of glass I needed removed. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I truly appreciated their prompt response and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Just had an excellent install experience with Truck 14 crew Leonel and Carlos! They cut my front door and installed a hurricane impact glass insert very quickly. They cleaned up before they left! Very happy with them and SG&M!

Our whole-house hurricane window replacement project with Sarasota Glass & Mirror is complete, and we are very happy with results so far. Installers Roberto Marchan and team (Leonel and Alejandro) did great work and kept mess minimal! Roberto was great about keeping me informed of issues and progress. One arched window arrived in slightly wrong size, which created extra work for Roberto to cut and patch. He is very skilled and made it happen! There are a lot of steps to this type of project, which includes the sales experience, measurement process, ordering period, scheduling, billing and installation. The project timeline from order to installation spanned 6 months -- which is a lot, but most of that time is just waiting for the order to come in. Communications with us from the main office were at times lacking. I had to call them to get any prep instructions for installation. But they were very responsive once installation started and we appreciated how experienced they are with window replacement projects. We already notice a quieter home and love the fresh look for the exterior. Happy after much research to choose PGT product and Sarasota Glass . We are looking forward to peac
